Dr Reddy always endeavours to provide care in the most timely fashion possible. All new referrals are usually seen within two weeks of making an appointment, and urgent cases such as fractures and acute shoulder injuries are seen within one to two days in Rapid-access clinics. Surgery can be scheduled within 2-3 weeks of consultation for non-urgent cases, and fractures and acute shoulder injury surgery can be scheduled within 24 to 48 hours where required.
